Zack Anawalt | CEO
As CEO and co-founder of LandVolt LLC, Zack brings more than 20 years of experience in land development, energy storage, renewable energy, real estate, fiber infrastructure, data centers, planning, and project management. In addition to LandVolt, Zack owns and operates Anawalt Development Company, a professional land services company supporting energy storage and renewable energy developers with land acquisitions and permitting throughout the US. Zack has held leadership positions at PG&E, GCL New Energy, and Comcast Corporation. Zack is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, is a Sr. Right of Way agent with International Right of Way, and has been active in commercial real estate since 2004, DRE License: # 01441301, national renewables & industrial land advisor with Coldwell Banker Commercial West
Andrew Axel | CFO
As CFO and Co-founder of LandVolt LLC, J. Andrew Axel has over 25 years of experience in capital markets, including managing public stock offerings, private placements of equity and debt, and advising buyers and sellers in merger transactions. He currently serves as the CFO of SMART Logistics, a leading Asset Tracking company focused on the Returnable Packaging Industry. Mr. Axel has spent his career focused on investing in, and advising, companies pursuing disruptive technologies and has helped finance over $2B in transactions as an investment banker, equipment finance executive and fund manager. Mr. Axel is a graduate of Dartmouth College.
